Still interested in AOBA's Japan Tour 2011?
Good news~
After some consideration, sensei has proposed that we have a school tour to Japan. YAY!!
It will most likely be held during September.
However, we would also like to hear the opinions of our students.
Please comment and give us some suggestions with regards to the following questions.
1. Which week of September?
2. Duration of the trip?
3. Which area would you like to visit?
4. Any special places of interest?
5. Other comments?

日本人は「控えめ」が好き。Japanese people like being [reserved].
先日、授業中にまた失礼なことを言ってしまいました。
「旧正月の歌が街中で流れましたね。時々ちょっと騒音だと感じます。」などと言ってしまいました。ごめんなさい。
けっして旧正月の行事をけなしているわけではないんです。が伝えたかったのは、大音量で同じ曲を毎日聞き続けるのは辛いということです。
もう少し音量控えめだとうれしいんです。それとも大きい音で音楽を流す理由があるんでしょうか。ライオンダンスやドラゴンダンスなども、かなり大きい音ですね・・・・。
That other day, I said something rude again in class.
"The Chinese New Year songs are playing throughout the streets. At times, they're really disturbing." ---> was what I said. I apologize about it.
I don't really mean to speak ill of the Chinese New Year festival. But what I wanted to get across was that the music is always blasting loudly and listening to those songs repeatedly made my head spin.
Lowering the volume at which it is played will probably be a good thing. Or maybe the loud volume serves to pump up the festive mood? The lion and dragon dances too.. They're pretty loud, aren't they?...
